I nearly wrote a glowing review, but where was my room upgrade for all my troubles? I woudl ve been happier at a roadside motel. Disappointment galore.

The location was perfect, just a few steps from the bustling piazza centrale! I loved the unique breakfast experience at the charming Caffè degli Specchi with its beautiful outdoor seating.
